Christian Lin

Christian Lin joins us as a Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs working with the physical commodities team in managing and executing gas/power Municipal bond structures. Prior to that, he worked as an energy consultant at Wood Mackenzie where he advised large gas & power transactions in exciting emerging markets enabled by the IRA such as colocated BESS (battery storage) across the US, offshore wind in New York, and hydrogen production plant selling renewable credit to California’s LCFS market. 

As the Communications Deputy Director at the Harvard Alumni in Climate and the Environment, Christian is excited about spotlighting the cross-industry impacts of the energy transition such as sustainable financing, innovative renewable deployments, and shifts in consumer behaviors. 

In his free time, he’s reading poetry, recording podcasts, and learning to tailor clothes. On Sundays, he is photoshopping his cat, Frankie, onto NFL backdrops. Christian and Frankie are, unfortunately, Patriots fans (booo).
