Lend a Hand: HACE is a community built by and for alumni - and is entirely driven by the energy of community builders who want to create a lasting resource for alumni to learn, connect, and act together. Management committee members have an expected volunteer time commitment of 10 to 20 hours per month.

Knowledge of social medial (Slack, LinkedIn), client relations management (Airtable), and communications (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc.) tools is valuable. More details are in the bylaws.

Careers & Mentorship Team:
If you are invested in building the capacity of the HACE community to work in climate-related jobs, improving their job searching skills, and exploring ways to transfer knowledge and expertise among members, this role is for you. Help us identify and onboard mentors, recruit mentees, and organize and share quality mentorship opportunities.
Skills needed: community building, knowledge exchange, event organization
Estimated time commitment: 4-6 hours/month

We are always looking for members who can help with communication material development across Harvard channels and communities, the HACE monthly newsletter, member outreach, and HACE social media channels.
Skills needed (strengths may vary between team members): expert social media users, avid tracker of events and news, super connectors, Mailchimp/Sendgrid gurus
Estimated time commitment: 2-4 hours/week
